NO, it takes countless years, a high calorie diet and heavy lifting to become big and bulky. Weight training promotes better overall body composition change.
Sessions last 50 minutes long. Each individualized session we will perform at least 8 different exercises targeting two different muscle groups. I will also educate you on a variety of exercises and how to perform them appropriately.

I believe in positive energy. I will give you a set schedule so you know what day & time you will see me. It is also important that you communicate with me what you like and what you don’t like so I can adjust to your needs.

My expertise is in resistance training. In resistance training, each muscle group is targeted so you have a symmetrical body composition and correct any muscle imbalances. I will challenge you when you don’t want to be challenged.
I can accommodate to once a week schedules. However, in my experience to achieve the results you desire, the more times you commit to working out, the better. Remember, working out does not necessarily mean you have to go to the gym. 20 minutes of activity (e.g., walking the dog, walking lunge break, cleaning the house, playing basketball etc) will do the trick.

Answer: You will have access to my custom online app only for clients I train 1 on 1. On the app I will schedule your exercises with a how to video. On days you do not see.
I treat you every client like beginner. It takes me about 2 week to understand you body and mechanics. Everything is a slow progression. I am here to promote a lifestyle NOT quick results.
