1 on 1 Private Virtual Personal Training Session
What’s Included:
- Identify your personal goals (Loss weight, tone, build muscle)
- (2) two 45 minute private (You and me) virtual training sessions weekly
- Virtual Nutrition Coaching let us work together to eat towards your goals
- List of what to do on none virtual training days
How will virtual training session be conducted: I will send you a zoom private link for each schedule session.
Why private virtual training: I want you, my client to get the best of the program. By having private virtual sessions, you have 100% of my attention. I will correct your form and demonstrate every exercise before you to do it
Do I need equipment: No equipment is needed.
I do have some equipment: Great let’s discuss what you have. I will customize any workout to fit what you have. If you want to buy equipment, I will identify the basic equipment you will need.
